Our upstream infrastructure provider released a full post-incident report regarding yesterday's outage. The disruption was caused by severe local storms that triggered utility power bumps at the primary datacenter. This caused an unexpected mechanical failure in the facility cooling systems, forcing an emergency thermal shutdown across server clusters to protect underlying hardware and prevent permanent data loss.

This was a truly unprecedented event, marking the first time in the datacenter facility's 25-year history that a critical environmental shutdown occurred. Emergency temporary cooling units were brought on-site to reduce temperatures, and all systems were safely brought back online in controlled stages. Active monitoring throughout the night confirmed that all server layers, databases, and network paths are fully stable.

Major Outage: Datacenter Power & Cooling Failure

Our primary datacenter facility is currently experiencing an emergency environmental outage due to a facility-wide cooling failure. Thermal safety shutdowns were triggered to protect hardware, causing hosted websites, cPanel services, and DNS resolution to be temporarily offline. While Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes remain safe and accessible, incoming and outgoing email delivery is delayed while global DNS lookups time out. Sending mail servers automatically queue these messages, so no emails will be lost and they will deliver automatically once power and cooling are restored. Datacenter engineers are actively bringing systems back online in controlled waves. Please refrain from changing any DNS or domain settings in the meantime.
